For those attending or applying to business school right now, there are a LOT of questions surrounding the impact that the Covid-19 (aka Coronavirus) pandemic is having on MBA programs.  Spring classes were moved online and people are now wondering if Fall classes will be held online as well. No one knows exactly what impact the current global pandemic will have on programs come Fall of 2020; the only thing that’s certain is that the world is a different place now than it was two months ago and schools are adapting as best they can.

ApplicantLab Founder Maria Wich-Vila joined John Byrne from Poets & Quants and Caroline Diarte Edwards from Fortuna Admissions the other day on the Poets & Quants Business Casual Podcast to discuss their thoughts on the following questions and more:

  • Which business school programs are doing the best job managing through the Covid-19 crisis?
  • Will MBA programs start online or in person in Fall 2020?
  • How do you choose between schools you’ve been accepted to when you can’t visit campuses in person right now?
  • How do you best prepare for the start of business school this year if you’ll be attending an MBA program?

Take a listen below to find out what these experts think!

New around here? I’m an HBS graduate and a proud member (and former Board Member) of AIGAC. I considered opening a high-end boutique admissions consulting firm, but I wanted to make high-quality admissions advice accessible to all, so I “scaled myself” by creating ApplicantLab. ApplicantLab provides the SAME advice as high-end consultants at a much more affordable price. Read our rave reviews on GMATClub, and check out our free trial (no credit card required) today!
